What a sh*t show!!
๐ ๐ No ... but really.... What kind of week did everyone have last week?.. For me it was like WTF.. literal insanity with 2 5150's in my family. Not to mention just the general instability of work events and household crap going beserk. I swear the chaos just unloaded on us. Now I'm left just feeling drained, numb, and generally disconnected. Going on a hike shortly to stick my feet in some soil but I'm pretty sure it wasn't just me going through it.

I have been going THROUGH it girl...
in a total healing crisis that forced me back to LA a month early and I've been doing nothing but working on my health. Its been tough. Hang in there! This week looks like another doozy.
